The Return policy usually begins on the day you receive
your item. Returns are accepted with an RMA number within 15 days of receiving
your items. You can easily obtain an RMA number by contacting our support team
at 888-532-5523 or by emailing
email@example.com. Only unopened
factory sealed products will be considered for return. Funds will be reimbursed
back to the original form of payment used to purchase the product. We also offer
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCT RECEIVED:
We will gladly accept the return products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing, or be an error by our shipping dept, within 15 days from the date of purchase.
Fulfillment mistakes made by our shipping department will also be accepted for return 15 days from the date of purchase with no restocking fee. Additionally our shipping dept will expedite another shipment to the original shipping address provided.
Upon placing an order with us you will receive an Order
conformation within 30 minutes to your email. If you do not receive this
conformation check your junk mail or spam folder or sign into your account to
confirm your order. This is especially important because, if you haven't
received the order conformation email, you also will not receive the email with
your shipment and tracking information.
Most orders ship the same day, daily cut off is 12PM, PST. Orders are not shipped on Saturday, Sunday or recognized holidays. We can not guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by us as an estimate. Unfortunate circumstances out of our control can happen, such as weather.
We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. All orders ship in priority not by state.
