Where do you ship from?
Packages will ship from our warehouse which is located closest to your city.
When will my package arrive?
All packages are shipped via priority of the service selected. Your package will arrive in the time frame selected. If you selected Priority your package will arrive within 4 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped on Monday.
I need to change/cancel my order?
Unfortunately in this case our quick processing is not a good thing because the moment your order is placed it goes into shipping system and we are unable to change/cancel.
I haven't received my Tracking number?
Check you Junk/spam folder in your email, sometimes they end up there. Did you enter a correct email? Did you receive your conformation? If not, then its a good chance you had entered the incorrect email. In this matter you will need to email us and let us know.
